Parmesan Fondue Parmesan Fondue . 1/4 (8 oz) package Neufchatel cheese - 1/4 cup & 2 teaspoons milk - 3 tablespoons & 1-1/4 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese - 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt - 1/4 small loaf French bread, cut into cubes. Stir Neufchatel cream cheese in milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat until melted, 2 to 3 minutes. Add Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Cook and stir until the Parmesan melts, 2 to 3 minutes more. Serve with bread cubes and mushrooms.

Eggnog Fondue (Serves 8): 1, 3-ounce package regular vanilla pudding mix, 1-1/2 cups eggnog, 2 Tbsp light rum, fruit, graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or cubed cake for dipping. Directions: In a medium saucepan, combine pudding mix and eggnog. Cook, stirring, until mixture thickens and bubbles. Stir in light rum. Transfer mixture to fondue pot. Place over fondue burner. Dip foods in fondue, swirling to coat. (If mixture becomes too thick, stir in a little additional eggnog.)
